CHOIRS R US IN BARNET
Choirs R Us is a lively, friendly choir in Barnet for adults of all singing abilities. We sing pop, soul, musical theatre and gospel songs in harmony. There’s no audition and no need to be able to read music as the songs are taught by ear. You’ll learn how to control your voice through vocal and breathing techniques and have great fun along the way.
We have over 100 choir members from the borough of Barnet and beyond, who sing their hearts out every Monday evening, and it’s a great way to make new friends while expressing yourself through the music.
Choirs R Us is unique in that it is specifically tailored to the group of singers each term. Choir members have the opportunity to put forward song ideas, sing solo parts and make suggestions along the way – an equally rewarding experience for both complete beginners, and accomplished singers - and each term we put on lively concerts which have raised a considerable amount for UK charities.
The choir was set up and is directed by Jenny Bennett, a highly experienced and inspirational choir director and professional musician from Barnet, accompanied by her skilled keyboardist, Ben Croft.

Our Choir Director
Choirs R Us was started up in 2011 by classically trained professional musician, Jenny Bennett.
