CHOIRS R US TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Choirs R Us aims to create a supportive and positive environment in rehearsals and performances.  We reserve the right to deny admission to any person or cancel membership of an existing member if the choir director deems their behaviour unsuitable or disruptive to the group.


Choirs R Us reserves the right to alter the schedule of rehearsals to fit in with performances and other events that may be taking place. In special circumstances, we may run extra rehearsals or performances and  will give advance notice of this.


Choirs R Us will, from time to time video/record footage and photograph rehearsals and performances for promotional or archive purposes. By becoming a Choirs R Us choir member you agree to this material being used by Choirs R Us in this way.


Any refunds are given at the sole discretion of Choirs R Us and will depend on the circumstances.


In applying to be a member of Choirs R Us, members are assumed to be medically fit to participate. If you are in doubt please see your doctor, and communicate any concerns to the Choirs R Us choir director in advance of the session.


All choir members must attend performances in a dress code as agreed and communicated to the choir by the choir director prior to the performance.


Choirs R Us will not be held financially responsible for damage caused by a choir member’s misconduct.


Choirs R Us members are responsible for their own personal property and belongings, and well-being whilst attending rehearsals and performances.


In accordance with the Data Protection Act, Choirs R Us will hold personal and private member information but will not pass this on to any external bodies or organisations.
